Our fifth installment in the Running Man Classics Series is here. A brief wrap-up of episodes 41 to 50 for anyone hoping to go back to a specific episode or for those that didn’t find the show until later, a little teaser of the…past. Enjoy!
ISAC is back in the flesh after two years, and it’s still as fun as ever. I’m excited to break everything down and review all the events, as this is one of my favorite shows every year and it hasn’t happened since our site went into full swing.
We’re back with our second consecutive monthly song rankings, and this month was packed with songs we love, so see how our rankings stack up against yours.
CONGRATULATIONS 2 Days, 1 Night for 15 years on the air!! The members celebrate this accomplishment with a nostalgic trip, revisiting the first base camp and some other sites, playing the most iconic games, and eating the best loved foods of the previous 15 years. They even revisit some of the people who appeared on the show before as locals of the area being featured.
We’re back with another concert review back-to-back with our Seventeen one. This time we’re going from a 13 person boy group to a 12 person girl group. Apparently there’s a lot of big groups going around. So, how did Loona measure up, let’s find out!
The Running Man members discover how well they do in various groups, starting as individuals, forming teams of three, and then five. In spite of those groups, it's an individual race to earn the most, so each game, they have a chance to earn….as long as they aren’t too greedy for the team. Guests Ha Dokwon, Joo Woojae, and Lee Yikyung join in the fun, throwing a wrench in the established group patterns.
You know what is great about this year? Going to concerts again, and we had the joy of seeing Seventeen for our second concert of the year. How was it? Let’s find out!
The running man members play hide and seek with their name tags, collecting members as their tails whenever they find a name tag, and the final winner is at an advantage for the rest of the day, assuming he can leverage his early lead. The question is…can you trust your own tail?
My favorite kpop band is back with a whole new album. And when I say album, we’re talking an impressive 15 songs in an industry that often struggles to hit 10. So, let’s take a listen and see how these 15 songs hold up!
This July was absolutely filled with kpop releases, some great, some a little bit less so. We took the 11 most notable releases to us from the month and ranked them. Would you have had the same most notable songs, do you have a different ranking for this set? Check it out and let us know.
This week the members find out if they can remain loyal in the face of both coins and penalties. The coins can take them step by step away from the worst penalties. However, the number of coins is set for the day. Will the winner take all or will they allow coins to pass them by so that all the members can avoid the worst penalties?
School trips are an established tradition in Korea. The members relive those glory days in this School Trip Trip…you know what I mean. In true 2 Days 1 Night style, it’s not that simple, though. It’s also a loyalty trip where the members do everything in a preset order. Number 1 could make life miserable for number 5. Time to put their teamwork to the test!
Here on ManelyKpop we want to highlight the smaller artists who are putting out content that is far better than the attention that they generate. This week we’re looking into Love On Lie by Heeo, a song that has been out for a month and has remained a favorite in my personal playlist.
