I wish this had gotten a whole episode on its own. It was very entertaining.
What Happened:
Theme: Elegant Western Road
Opening (23:44 of ep. 574- 35:16)
The members arrive at a classy boat and a buffet. They are dressed up in fancy clothes. They chat and tease each other.
As they feast, the PD explains the concept of the day. In honor of the season, they are doing an Elegant Western Road, a tour of all the best Western food restaurants in the area. They are competing to have the most prize badges which will get them a prize (duh). Penalty balls will also be given out. A random draw from the penalty balls will determine who faces the penalty.
At each restaurant, they will play a game to determine the number of badges given and who will get them. The winners will also be able to eat anything they request, rather than facing the western food at the restaurant without a penalty ball. A certain amount of western food is going to be prepared for them to try. If they fail to finish their plate, they will get a penalty ball.
Doughnut Shop (35:16- 1:12:34)
Before they arrive, they request Kimchi cold noodles as their alternative dish for the winners. We watch their travel time too.
The game in the doughnut shop is called ‘Delivery’. Each member chooses a cardboard box. The boxes are labelled with different point values, based on size. Smaller boxes are worth less points. They have 30 seconds to remove all the packing tape from the box without horribly mangling the cardboard.
As a group, they can get prize badges at the following levels:
5 points = 1 badge
6 points = 2 badges
9 points = 3 badges
12 points = 4 badges
15 points = 5 badges
18 points = 6 badges
Because Somin is absent, one person is allowed to play twice and the PD is extra nice and lets a second person play twice in memory of Kwangsoo.
To determine who gets the badges that are earned, a second game is played where the members have to ‘admit’ to various insulting or crazy suggestions from the fans. The team that admits to more wins. The teams were: Haha, Jongkook, and Seokjin vs. Jaesuk, Sechan, and Jihyo.
Second Restaurant Montage (1:12:34- 1:13:02)
They choose cold buckwheat noodles as the alternative meal here.

Pizza Place (1:13:02- 1:23:08)
The game here is “Empty Head English Speed Quiz”. The person giving the question must speak only in English, as the title suggests. After a correct answer, the person that got the answer right designates the next person to give the clues. The points people can earn are based on the English skills of the person giving the question as follows:

Haha earns 3 points.

The person giving the question does not get points.
The game is played for 5 minutes and they earn badges for each correct question they answer up to 5.
This was amazing. Funny, but especially amazing.

For the penalty, the first name drawn will get a water slap. The next two names drawn will give a water slap.

The teams tied with 7 admissions. Therefore, the two people that admitted the most were the winners: Jongkook and Jihyo with 3 admissions each. They get to eat the food they chose earlier rather than doughnuts.

Jaesuk, Haha, and Sechan appear to have won and the others took penalty balls.
Empty Head English Speed Quiz
Jaesuk wins. Jongkook and Jihyo also get a pass on the pizza. The rest of them end up with a penalty ball.
Final Results
Jaesuk and Jihyo have the most prize badges and will not face punishment. Their prize is an Italian food ingredient set.
