There were a bunch of brief funny moments in this episode, but on the whole, it felt slow to me.
What Happened:
Theme: As Jee Wishes Race
Opening/Guest Introductions (start of episode- 17:47)
The members gather and greet the ladies that have been absent for a couple weeks as well as chat about various things going on in the member’s lives. They introduce the guests for the week and we get to hear the group sing.
Race Explanation (17:47- 19:46)
Seokjin has a separate set of rules for the day. He chooses his teammates for each round. If his team wins, a ‘prize’ slot will be added to a roulette and if his team loses, a ‘penalty’ slot is added. If he spins a penalty slot at the end of the race, he has to take the penalty. Otherwise, he will choose one member to get a penalty.
Before each game, Seokjin fills out a card with the team he wants (It must include one of the ladies). The rest of the members will fill out a card as well with their guess of who Seokjin will choose. If a member is 100% correct, they can earn an exemption from the penalty AND Seokjin will replace one ‘prize’ slot with a ‘penalty’
The rest of the members will compete for points. The member with the most points at the end of the day will get a prize as well as choosing a person for a penalty. (This means 2 people are getting a penalty total). The second place person is exempt from the penalty as well.
First Mission: Pillow FIGHT! (19:46- 58:40)
Team Picks (19:46- 24:08)
Travel (24:08- 29:55) The members chat on the bus on the way to their next location.
Game (29:55- 58:40) There is a bit more banter and then the instructions are given. Each round will last for 90 seconds and the players must fight the entire time with a smile. 4 rounds (1 v 1, 1 v 1, 2 v 2, 3 v 3).

45:15- The ladies are given their own event. They play omok, which is a bit like connect four. They added a special rule where a player could take back one of their moves if a teammate got their face painted.
Second Mission: Do You Want to Hear the Song? (58:40- 1:16:32)
Team Picks (58:40- 1:00:30)
Game (1:00:30- 1:16:32) For this game, one member would choose a year. The staff played 1 second of a song from that year at the time stamp indicated by a dice throw. In order for a team to have a chance to answer, they first had to, one syllable at a time, answer a quiz question. The title and artist answers also were given by different members.
Third Mission: Seokjin Quiz (1:16:32- 1:21:24)
This quiz was given to the members, without Seokjin. There were two questions about him. If the members were correct, Seokjin would fill in the rest of his roulette win “prize” slots.
Final Results (1:21:24- end of episode)
The prize was lamb meat. The penalty was to make their nose big like Seokjin by flicking each other’s noses.
Preview: Cho Seho joins the running man members on their mission to become the ‘President’ of the show for the year.

Round 3: Wonstein, Jaejung v. Jaesuk, KCM- Jaesuk, KCM Win! (Blue Team 1)
Round 4: Jaejung, Jongkook, Seokjin v. Haha, Jaesuk, KCM- Yellow WINS!
Ladies Round: omok- Best 2 out of 3. Jihyo and Somin each won 1. The final round went to Jihyo on Seokjin’s team. Seokjin gives out points to his teammates in the form of stickers labeled 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
