Games! YESSS! And the parts that weren’t games…haunted house, so actual running. YEEESSSS!! The Detective Agency theme was also well used throughout. Solid episode!

What Happened: 

Theme: Running Detective Agency

Opening/Guest Introductions (1:02:15 of episode 669- 1:11:25)

Race Explanation (1:11:25- 1:11:54)

Anyone that solves the mystery at the end of the day will get a prize. Until the “request for help” comes in, the members do several missions to earn hint cards that they can use during the investigation.

First Mission: Great Detective of Touch (1:11:54 of episode 669- 13:06 of episode 670)

Five boxes are covered. Four members have matching items. If the other members fail to pick out the person with the non-matching item or the non-matcher guesses the item in the other boxes, the non-matching member wins and gets two points. If the non-matcher is caught, the matching members each win 2 points.

Round 1 (1:14:19): Jaesuk, Haha, Somin, Sechan, Kang Hoon

Round 2 (start of episode 670): Seokjin, Jongkook, Jihyo, Sechan, Kang Hoon - this round was basically montaged over.

Round 3 (0:38): Jaesuk, Jihyo, Somin, Sechan, Kang Hoon

Second Mission: Swift-Footed Detectives (13:06 of episode 670- 27:26)

Round 2: Mixed gender teams (19:35) Can’t understand why Somin didn’t tickle Jaesuk here…

First Case: Bathtub Murder (27:26- 1:10:40)

Everyone is able to see the crime scene and possible suspects. Then only two teams go to find clues. The teams are predetermined by the staff. There are 40 minutes to gather clues and make deductions. The team that correctly finds the culprit will win. 

…And yes, the clues are in a haunted house. Teehee.

Second Case: Prison Murder (1:10:40- 1:30:19)

This is run the same way as the first case.

Team 1: Jongkook and Haha

Great Detective Of Touch

Round 1: Somin was voted as non-matching. That was correct. BUT Somin guessed the item that the others had, so she gets the 2 points

Round 2: Jihyo was non-matching. The other failed to catch her so she gets 2 points.

Round 3: Jaesuk was voted as non-matching. That was correct AND he incorrectly guessed the item, so he chose the best interrogators. Sechan got 2 points and Somin got 1 point.

Final Scores:

Somin- 3 points

Jihyo - 2 points

Sechan - 2 points.

Swift-Footed Detectives

Round 1: Seokjin and Kang Hoon win.

Round 2: Jongkook and Somin win.

Round 3: Jongkook and Somin win.

Results: Jongkook and Somin get 2 hints for the detective missions. Seokjin and Kang Hoon get 1 hint.
